Lead end-to-end definition, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled product capabilities by translating complex requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, compliance, and vendors to align priorities and maintain a coherent product roadmap.
Drive testing, defect resolution, and post-launch performance monitoring to ensure AI product quality and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
8–15 years experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Program Management in technology environments.
Proven experience in AI-driven or automation initiative product ownership or business analysis.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs, user stories), and stakeholder management within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Location requirement: Pune. Educational degree preferred; certifications such as CSPO/POPM are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI/ML product concepts, capable of evaluating use cases for feasibility, business value, and risk without requiring deep technical coding skills.
Comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, QA, and business stakeholders to drive product delivery in financial services or related domains.
Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, prioritizing product backlogs and leading Agile ceremonies effectively.
