Lead and mentor a small team of Delivery Leads managing multiple concurrent Rightsline software implementation and advancement projects.
Own project governance including plans, milestones, risk management, escalations, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 security frameworks in project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in SaaS implementations, Professional Services, Project/Delivery Management, or Customer Success.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring project teams managing multiple customer-facing software projects.
Location requirement: Must be based in Noida/NCR and flexible to work US shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple software implementation projects in a SaaS or Professional Services environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
Capable of operational leadership including risk escalation, delivery quality management, and team coaching under fast-paced conditions.
Familiar with Agile/Hybrid Agile methodologies and compliance-driven environments (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC frameworks).
