Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications (or equivalent).
0-4 years of professional graphic design experience; agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Mac OS, Microsoft Office, UX/UI design knowledge, CSS and HTML.
Strong portfolio of print, interactive, and branding work including multi-page document and editorial layout design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in delivering graphic design outputs for corporate sustainability or ESG communications within consulting or agency environments.
Ability to work effectively across global, multidisciplinary teams managing tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
Familiarity with emerging design trends, digital tools, and sustainability topics to innovate client communications and user experiences.
