Lead and manage the establishment and ongoing operations of Oaktree’s Business Resilience Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, including recruitment and team training.
Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 Business Resilience service tasks, drive service delivery, and support vendor management, business continuity, crisis management, and corporate travel program administration.
Partner with Corporate Security to establish a 24/7 Global Resilience & Security Operations Center (GRSOC) in Hyderabad and continuously improve resilience operations using platforms like ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements
9-14 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, GSOC operations, or related business resilience fields.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Prior supervisory experience managing multiple individual contributors preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, BCM, TPRM, GRC/IRM modules) is a plus; familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 31030, ISO 27001 and certifications like PMP, GSOC, CBCP, CRMP are advantageous.
