Own and coordinate data sourcing and validation activities to support accurate and timely client billing across all business lines and regions.
Implement and monitor billing transformation strategy focused on migrating from legacy systems to an Oracle-based platform (ORMB), ensuring data availability within agreed SLAs.
Manage tracking of data requests, escalations, and stakeholder engagement to resolve data gaps, risks, and dependencies impacting invoicing processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Global Services Organization, or Investment Banking related IT industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
Experience with billing data processes, client billing setup, and working with complex fee schedules, client contracts, and billing requirements.
Experience or willingness to support multi-regional operations, including coordination with teams in India, Poland, and China.
