Own development and collaboration in building microservice APIs across the full development lifecycle within a cross-shore Agile team.

Participate in innovation activities such as hackathons, partner with universities, and adopt emerging technologies including AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of applied Java software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant Java application development knowledge.
Work timings aligned to US Eastern Time core meetings between 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM ET, total shift 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST with flexible hours otherwise.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Software Engineering experience as per JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with Java backend programming and familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot, combined with exposure to front-end UI development.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, cross-shore Agile teams collaborating on API design and implementation.
Demonstrates strong technical communication skills and ability to work flexibly across US and India time zones, with interest in emerging AI developer tools.
