Execute independent research and analytical assessments for real estate advisory engagements including investment analysis, market intelligence, and development feasibility studies.
Develop financial modeling frameworks and prepare high-quality content for client reports and presentations.
Manage field research data collection, analysis, and validation to support evidence-based recommendations and meet project timelines.
Minimum Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline.
2-3 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Consulting or with IPC/Big 4 firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) is a strong plus.
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, India.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant field as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate market research, investment analysis, and financial modeling within consulting or advisory contexts.
Ability to manage multiple analytical projects independently while adhering to quality and deadlines.
