Lead and coach Agile teams including development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile methodologies to ensure effective delivery of business value.
Facilitate team-level Agile events and assist Release Train Engineer (RTE) in train-level events to drive continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics.
Remove impediments, foster self-organization, and coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train while communicating status to management as needed.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Agile environments with demonstrated leadership as a Scrum Master or similar role.
Strong working knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and preferably SAFe.
Agile certifications required; experience in software delivery teams, preferably across multiple technical or business units.
