Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness in PCF creation, basket management, corporate action processing, and UCF dissemination for ETF portfolios.
Process corporate actions on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index data from providers like S&P, MSCI, FTSE, NASDAQ, Solactive, ensuring alignment with client indexes.
Lead communication with clients/authorized participants, forecasting basket needs, updating reference data, performing reconciliations, updating process documentation, and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Prior experience in trade settlement, corporate action, or fund accounting preferred; relevant experience in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds, corporate actions, trade operations or investment operations with a global firm.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and strong communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shift.
