Design and develop test solutions and multi-site test capabilities for mixed signal and digital audio edge processors and battery management products.
Lead test development activities through all product phases including DFT involvement, silicon bring-up, characterization, yield analysis, and production release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and manage multi-site test program releases to offshore production test houses.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in mixed signal or digital test engineering.
Experience with ATE software development and knowledge of Teradyne Flex, NI, and/or 93K ATE systems.
Proficiency in Perl/C++ programming and usage of bench equipment like Oscilloscope, VI-meter, Signal generator, and analyzers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong test engineer with experience in designing ATE hardware and software for high parallel multi-site testing of mixed signal/digital products.
Experienced in working with cross-functional and global teams including offshore production test houses in a semiconductor product development environment.
Capable of early involvement in DFT/BIST with design teams and managing test development through pre- and post-silicon product lifecycle phases.
