Responsible for lead fulfillment and prospecting new business in assigned area/branches of channel partner.
Establish and strengthen relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads and increase bank customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets measured by first year premium (Adjusted MFYP), number of policies, business leakage control, and collection targets (15th Month collection).
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
0.6 to 4 years of sales experience depending on band level (0.6-2 years for Band 5; 2-3 years for 5A; 3-4 years for 5B).
Mandatory good communication skills in English and regional language.
Age between 21-28 years; must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra with preferably own conveyance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with branch banking channel partners in sales and relationship building roles.
Proven ability to conduct training and presentations to bank staff on insurance products and concepts.
Capable of driving reward and recognition programs and ensuring adherence to sales and collection processes in a branch environment.
