Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or related field.
5-7 years experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling within consulting or professional services.
Proven experience managing and coaching consulting resources in a professional services environment.
Role is onsite in Chennai, India.
