Lead and manage end-to-end administration of colleague insurance, health, and retirement benefits across APAC with a focus on compliance and operational governance.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and colleague-centric benefits delivery while managing vendor and third-party relationships.
Maintain adherence to Indian and APAC statutory and regulatory frameworks, supporting audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of experience in colleague benefits operations or HR shared services with significant India exposure.
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience managing benefits programs in high-volume, complex environments and working with insurers, TPAs, and pension trusts is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in APAC statutory and regulatory frameworks related to employee benefits and supporting audits.

Proven people leader with strong team management experience in benefits operations within APAC.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing vendor/third-party administrator relationships.
