Lead development and implementation of new or revised application systems with focus on full stack Java and related technologies.
Manage all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and user support.
Act as technical SME and advisor, ensuring security measures, compliance, and quality standards across applications development.
Minimum Requirements
At least 9 years of relevant experience in Full stack Java, J2EE development including 5+ years with RDBMS (Oracle).
Proficient in J2EE technologies (JDK 1.6, JSP, DWR, Struts, Spring Framework), Microservices, JSON, XML, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, AJAX.
Experience with Cloud PaaS (OpenShift/Cloud Foundry), Docker, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and automated testing (BDD/Junit).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and implementing complex projects with strong systems analysis and programming skills.
Able to communicate technical and functional specifications clearly and lead problem resolution including production defect analysis.
Demonstrates organized, detail-oriented approach with ability to multitask and deliver quality solutions quickly under pressure.
