Manage client accounts independently, advising on research briefs and delivering impactful consumer insights to senior stakeholders.
Build and nurture strong client relationships while driving business growth and managing financials including P&L.
Lead and develop teams by fostering research capabilities, driving thought leadership, and overseeing project execution and supplier coordination.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in quantitative consumer insights, specifically in FMCG/Consumer durables market research.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant post-graduate degree.
Proven expertise in quantitative research techniques including questionnaire design, research execution planning, and project management.
Experience in team management, leadership, and P&L responsibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering consumer, brand, retail research with a focus on product testing, Usage & Attitude (U&A), and pricing projects.
Strong client management skills with ability to develop senior-level networks and act as a trusted advisor.
Capable leader focused on building research capabilities and innovation within teams in a consultancy or research-driven environment.
