Develop, maintain, and analyze data and software for refrigeration and HVACR test equipment to support product development and customer adoption.
Specify and integrate controls components and instrumentation ensuring accurate and reliable equipment operation, including development of control algorithms and HMI screens.
Work with engineering and technician teams to construct, operate, and ensure the safety and reliability of test equipment aligned with facility requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
7 years of experience in relevant engineering roles or equivalent education/experience combination.
Basic understanding of refrigeration cycle, refrigerants, and refrigeration system components.
Experience with instrumentation and control systems is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Ladder, Structured Text, Functional Blocks, Flowcharts) and SCADA systems.
Skilled in integrating specialized instrumentation and managing network infrastructure for equipment connectivity (RS-485, Modbus, TCP/IP, Analog signals).
Able to work effectively across engineering and technical teams, managing complex equipment development and communicating technical details to diverse stakeholders.
