Own end-to-end quality assurance for assigned US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product areas, including defect identification and compliance validation.
Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans involving functional, regression, API, and data validation testing including X12 EDI transactions for healthcare claims and remittance workflows.
Develop and extend automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines, apply AI-assisted testing tools, maintain test environments and data, and provide 3rd level production support, operating on a night shift aligned with US Eastern business hours.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including minimum 2 years in test automation.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Smartbear Test Complete), API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), and AI-assisted testing tools (Claude, ChatCGM, Copilot).
Strong knowledge of X12 EDI standards and US healthcare revenue cycle processes (claims, denials, remittances).
Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:15 AM IST) and participate in on-call rotations; experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and defect tracking (Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in US healthcare RCM domain preferably from RCM, clearinghouse, or healthcare product companies with solid domain expertise in medical billing workflows.
Proficient in building and maintaining test automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines, with capability to leverage AI tools for testing efficiencies.
Comfortable working in a structured night shift environment liaising directly with US-based teams, possessing strong communication skills and deadline-driven execution style.
