Own and manage MarTech products through all lifecycle stages including discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, adoption, and value realization.
Define product vision and strategy; translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritized backlogs collaborating with engineering, data, UX, and technology teams.
Drive integrations across marketing platforms (Salesforce CRM, websites, analytics tools), manage vendors and partners, and lead change management with measurable KPIs for B2B marketing and demand generation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise Marketing Technology (MarTech).
Experience with Salesforce CRM and MarTech platforms such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Demandbase, or 6sense.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing processes including ABM, lead management, campaigns, and attribution.
Proven skills in Agile product strategy, backlog prioritization, enterprise integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex MarTech digital products with strong focus on measurable business value and user adoption.
Capable of driving cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams.
