Provide Level 2 application operations support for telecom billing platforms involving billing-cycle activities such as bill runs, invoice processing, CDR management, and reconciliation.
Analyze and resolve operational incidents, discrepancies, and support billing accuracy and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, mediation, infrastructure, database, vendors) to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant billing service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
0 to 3 years experience in Telecom IT, Billing Operations, BSS, Production Support, or Enterprise Application Support environments.
Hands-on exposure to telecom billing platforms like Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Kenan, BSCS, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux operations, Shell scripting, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for production support and automation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience handling end-to-end telecom billing lifecycle activities including bill-run execution, invoice processing, CDR management, and discrepancy analysis.
Comfortable working in SLA and KPI-driven operational environments with knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, change, and service request management.
