Own end-to-end operational oversight of the Instacore rig fleet across multiple cities and hubs, ensuring rigs are tracked at a serial-number level and ready for deployment.
Accountable for minimizing fleet downtime by swiftly recovering and coordinating repair/replacement of faulty rigs and managing SD card inventory and rotation to maintain continuous data capture.
Coordinate logistics including travel arrangements for Field Officers and movements between hubs to ensure timely and cost-effective deployments aligned with operational pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
0-3 years experience in operations, logistics, fleet, or inventory coordination.
Proficiency with Google Sheets (filters, lookups, basic formulas).
Location: Bengaluru (On-site) with multi-city coordination responsibilities.
Strong tracking discipline and ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in asset/inventory/serialized-device tracking or field logistics, preferably with exposure to travel or vendor coordination.
Comfortable operating in high-velocity, multi-stakeholder environments requiring meticulous follow-up and ownership of operational flows.
