Identify and deliver process and efficiency improvements across supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Manage supplies and vendors with hands-on involvement in daily line fulfillment, forecasting, PO creation, scheduling, and shipment tracking to meet supply chain KPIs.
Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, support engineering changes and new product launches, and resolve cross-functional supply chain issues.
Minimum Requirements
Mechanical Engineer or Diploma holder with 8-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Experience in Inventory Management techniques including Lean, Milk-run, and VMI.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on line fulfillment and inventory control.
Capable of cross-functional coordination with production planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and strategic sourcing teams.
