Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain high levels of operational productivity, accuracy, safety, and compliance while supporting operational continuity during peak volumes and contingencies.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Minimum education of 10th Standard pass; higher qualification preferred.
Physically fit for manual handling, and willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
Operates with strong operational discipline and process compliance, capable of coaching junior team members and supporting shift operations.
Able to maintain accuracy and productivity under shifting operational demands involving teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.
