Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, safety standards, and drive continuous operational improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10th Standard pass.
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations or supply chain operations.
Physically fit for operational activities including standing, walking, and manual shipment handling.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Ability to maintain high operational discipline and support coaching and mentoring of junior staff.
Capable of ensuring operational productivity while adhering strictly to safety, quality, and SOP compliance requirements.
