Own the independent control and risk functions for Fixed Income Cash Trade Support within ISG Fixed Income Operations.
Ensure trade bookings match trading risk systems and counterparties, resolve breaks and escalate issues effectively.
Lead and set strategic direction for the team, manage critical projects, and provide regular training and career advice.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fixed Income or related financial operations.
Proven team leadership and people management experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
