Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and loading/unloading across service centers, hubs, and warehouses.
Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain operational discipline, ensure shipment accuracy, operational productivity, safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Standard pass (higher preferred).
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.
Physically fit to perform manual handling and operational activities; willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic proficiency in English reading and communication, basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with knowledge of handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Ability to support operational goals through coaching, compliance enforcement, and process improvement participation.
