Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and tagging across Blue Dart's operational units.
Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain high standards of operational productivity, quality, safety, and compliance to meet daily operational objectives and service commitments.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Standard pass; higher qualification preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier, or supply chain operations.
Must be physically fit for manual handling, standing, and walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading and communication skills; ability to use handheld scanners and basic computer/mobile applications.
