Execute daily shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and loading/unloading shipments while ensuring accuracy and safety.
Support Shift In-charges by assisting in workload allocation, coaching new employees, and handling operational exceptions to maintain workflow and service quality.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, maintain operational discipline, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10th Standard Pass qualification.
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Physically fit for standing, walking, manual handling of shipments, and willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Able to maintain high operational discipline, accuracy, and productivity in fast-paced logistics environments.
