Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager - Mulesoft

Lead strategic design and operational execution of MuleSoft's billing systems covering consumption metering, licensing, and automated service provisioning.

Own platform infrastructure and provide hands-on deal support to execute standard and complex commercial agreements at scale.

Use AI-driven workflows and tools to enhance product management processes, system transparency, and operational efficiency in billing and provisioning.

Work Experience Required: Product management, technical product operations, or systems architecture roles, preferably focused on billing infrastructure or backend platform engines in tech/SaaS.

Strong technical skills including understanding of complex relational databases, API-driven workflows, and proficiency in SQL or BI tools.

Experience with backend monetization systems, entitlement mapping, enterprise operational infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).

Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools for system documentation, technical specification drafting, and automated testing.

Experienced in managing complex billing and provisioning platform architecture with a strategic and technical focus.

Able to collaborate effectively with deep engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders across finance and go-to-market functions.

Early adopter of AI technology with a demonstrated ability to implement AI and automation tools to improve billing and operational workflows.
