Design and implement Generative AI applications using frameworks like LangChain and Claude skill creation tailored to enterprise business needs.
Evaluate, recommend, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) including developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent AI systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions and produce technical documentation and user stories for AI-driven features.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in AI or related fields.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, Claude skill creation, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration.
Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) or related degree such as MCA/M.Tech.
Proven skills in technical communication including writing user stories and architecture documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging technical AI concepts and business needs with strong stakeholder management skills.
Deep hands-on knowledge of transformer-based LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques (including PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA), and evaluation metrics (Precision, Recall, F1-score).
Familiarity with scalable AI architectures, cloud-native AI deployments and prior enterprise AI product implementation preferred but not mandatory.
