Own end-to-end delivery of complex software projects including planning, estimation, coordination, risk management, and release management across multiple technical teams.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including ceremonies, backlog prioritization, impediment removal, and coaching teams on Agile practices to improve predictability and delivery consistency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Frontend, Backend, QA, and product stakeholders ensuring alignment on technical dependencies, delivery timelines, and quality gates.
Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in software project management, Agile delivery, or related technical project leadership roles.
Strong practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies including facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
Work location requirement: Hybrid mode with at least 2 days per week onsite in Hyderabad; working hours Monday to Friday 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple technical workstreams and coordinating cross-functional software development teams in complex product environments.
Able to translate technical concepts, dependencies, and risks into project-level impacts for diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical teams.
Capable of balancing strategic program delivery oversight with team-level Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure delivery commitments and sprint goals are met.
