Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects within a designated business domain, managing scope, schedule, budget, and execution plans.
Facilitate agile delivery practices including ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and reporting of project progress and risks.
Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), resolve project-level conflicts, and escalate as needed to ensure project success.
Minimum Requirements
Experience delivering software projects throughout full lifecycle in agile environments.
Working knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and project governance including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and reporting.
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.
Must have the right to work and live in India.

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects while coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous delivery improvements.
