Lead end-to-end release delivery for Digital Channels CXO/Mobile Release, ensuring compliance with ServiceNow protocols and standards.
Manage production deployments including cross-functional final validations, change collision analysis, and risk mitigation and escalation.
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software code while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance delivery and automation.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability using modern programming and database languages.
Experience in product delivery and release management, preferably for mobile/digital channels.
Proven ability to use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understand responsible AI use, including security and data sensitivity considerations.
