Lead finance readiness assessments and transformation activities to prepare Finance for ERP implementation, focusing on processes, master data, controls, reporting, and technology landscapes.
Develop and manage a structured FICO readiness roadmap addressing gaps, risks, and remediation actions to ensure successful ERP deployment.
Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination including finance leadership, IT, ERP teams, and business owners to resolve dependencies and track preparedness.
Minimum Requirements
6–11 years of experience in ERP transformation and implementation programs, including readiness assessments.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP / Oracle Fusion / MS Dynamics and end-to-end finance processes enabling ERP transformation.
Experience working with senior Finance leadership and managing cross-functional teams in complex transformation projects.
Location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance transformation with strong FP&A, accounting, master data and controls expertise linked to ERP readiness.
Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder ERP readiness programs with measurable finance process improvements.
