Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related STEM field.
8+ years experience in machine vision, computer vision, image processing, machine learning, or related fields.
3+ years experience in people leadership or technical team management.
Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of balancing hands-on technical execution with team leadership in globally distributed settings.
Strong background in computer vision and AI/ML algorithm development, preferably with production software delivery.
