Lead multi-quarter front-end migrations and set technical direction across multiple teams while maintaining feature delivery velocity.

Minimum Requirements
9+ years of front-end development experience.
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS with deep browser understanding (rendering, event loop, caching, memory).
Strong experience with Vue 3 (Composition API) or significant React, Angular, or Svelte experience with willingness to work deeply in Vue.
Hands-on production experience with micro-frontends/module federation or equivalent large-scale frontend architecture ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to define and migrate front-end architectures for complex applications without freezing feature work, including large-scale performance optimizations.
Experienced in leading technical proposals, mentoring senior/mid-level engineers, and influencing multiple teams in a remote-first asynchronous environment.
Skilled in build tooling debugging (Vite, Webpack, Rspack, Turborepo, Nx) and engineering accessibility as a discipline with automated enforcement.
