Lead design and development of AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and low-code/no-code AI platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows and prototypes.
Optimize AI prompts, build reusable prompt libraries, and support AI adoption through enablement and training activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience delivering technology, automation, analytics, digital transformation, AI, or software solutions.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
Experience in prompt engineering, low-code/no-code prototyping, and defining business requirements with stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, especially in prompt design and rapid prototyping with Microsoft Copilot and low-code tools.
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, collaborative environments with strong communication and consulting skills.
Familiarity with advanced AI concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platform integration is a plus.
