Lead design and development of AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Work with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate needs into AI workflows including prompt engineering and prototype development.
Perform AI solution testing, validation, and support AI adoption through demonstrations, training, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience delivering technology, automation, analytics, digital transformation, AI, or software solutions.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
Experience designing, testing, and refining AI prompts, building prototypes with low-code/no-code platforms, and working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business needs and AI capabilities, skilled in prompt engineering and rapid prototyping for Generative AI solutions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on AI experimentation, solution development, and evaluation.
Familiar with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI adoption within regulated industries, preferably financial services.
