Manage daily service delivery by workplace team and vendors, enforcing SOP and SLA compliance to achieve customer satisfaction.
Oversee facility operational control including service task implementation, supplier performance review, risk assessment, and emergency response participation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or hospitality industry.
Work location: On-site at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Scheduled weekly work hours: 48 hours.
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
