Owns occupant and guest experience within assigned office floors, acting as the single point of contact for daily workspace needs and issue resolution.

Coordinates workspace service requests, manages social space utilization records, and supports workspace standards implementation aligned with client scope and SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in hospitality sectors such as hotels, aviation, or coworking spaces.
Flexibility to work across all shifts (morning, afternoon, night) is essential.
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field is a beneficial addition but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has proven operational and client service management experience in hospitality or workspace environments, capable of handling complex daily issues independently.
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with diverse client stakeholders including senior staff, with strong communication and conflict management abilities.
