Manage consultants, lead client workshops, oversee solution design, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday Talent & Learning modules.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of relevant Workday HCM experience with expertise in Talent, Performance, and Learning modules.
Mandatory certifications in Workday Talent & Performance and Workday Learning.
Experience leading Workday Talent, Performance, and/or Learning implementations or optimizations across multiple project phases.
Work Experience Required: 7–10 years in Workday HCM delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong functional depth and hands-on knowledge in Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning processes and solutions.
Experienced in managing complex project workstreams, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to mentor and lead consultants, manage risks, and produce executive-level communication on project status and decisions.
