Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Python, React, SQL, and AWS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure adherence to coding standards and SDLC processes.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation to improve application performance and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), React.js, SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud-native and microservices-based environments, preferably with knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Able to lead multiple projects collaboratively while ensuring technical quality and adherence to standards.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model requiring at least 3 days/week in-office in India during 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift.
