Design, develop, and deliver SAP ABAP RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, RAP, and forms across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Apply advanced ABAP and object-oriented programming techniques; contribute using niche SAP technologies such as Web Dynpro, SAP-BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI/PO, and SF-HR-ABAP.
Collaborate with functional teams to map business requirements to technical solutions, mentor junior associates, and ensure code quality and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience covering classical and modern ABAP.
Graduate in Engineering or Management (Bachelor of Technology or MBA) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (BAPI, IDocs, RFC, Web Services) and familiarity with performance analysis tools (ST05, ST12, SCI).
SAP ABAP certification or training in S/4HANA development is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end SAP ABAP development in complex ECC and S/4HANA landscapes with exposure to both classical and modern ABAP techniques.
Demonstrates ability to work independently on technical deliverables and mentor junior team members within a collaborative, multi-functional environment.
