Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for projects impacted by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility of scope, milestones, risks, and issues.
Manage integrated project plans and workstream execution, tracking progress and unblocking issues to maintain project timelines.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership teams, project teams, and steering committees using MS Project, PPT, and memos.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably including healthcare domain experience.
Education: Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) or MCA/M.Tech.
Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and project communication.
Preferred certifications include PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, regulated healthcare projects with a solid understanding of policy and regulatory impacts.
Skilled at RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and RCAM management and integrated project planning.
Operates with a strong analytical mindset, anticipates downstream impacts, and communicates clearly to senior leadership and diverse project teams.
