Translate complex business needs into application software requirements and liaise between business and IT.
Develop project plans, coordinate resources including cross-unit collaboration, and ensure system design and testing incorporate requirements.
Provide user support, address software questions/issues, and offer guidance as a subject matter expert to team members.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
Education: BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MTech degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong preference for experience with Pharmacy Claims Audit and PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) software.
Experience working in an Agile environment preferred; Healthcare experience strongly preferred; SQL or other analytical querying experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in business application consulting, particularly in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management domains.
Comfortable operating as a liaison translating complex business needs into technical requirements with cross-functional coordination.
Skilled in Agile methodologies with a strong analytical mindset for data analysis and issue resolution.
