Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical epics involving multiple engineering teams from planning through release and closure.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and progress while partnering with engineering leads, architects, product, and business stakeholders.
Establish and maintain delivery governance including status reporting, risk management, and executive-level communication.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years overall experience with significant technical project/program management and engineering delivery background.
Strong experience managing engineering/software development teams and complex multi-team technical initiatives.
Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, release management, risk and dependency management.
Role location is Vadodara with hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite) and must be comfortable working from client office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically credible with hands-on experience in managing detailed engineering delivery and stakeholder communications at senior levels.
Proven track record in driving complex, multi-team engineering initiatives to successful outcomes with strong ownership and clarity in ambiguity.
Experience delivering AI/Generative AI/Machine Learning technology projects and working in fast-paced, client-facing enterprise environments is a strong plus.
