Manage resource deployment both within and outside the cluster to optimize utilization and minimize project risks and billing loss.
Conduct demand forecasting, resource fulfillment, bench management, talent planning, and buffer management, including tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends to provide insights for management.
Maintain employee skill database, ensure timesheet compliance, coordinate with recruitment for sourcing profiles, and hold weekly calls with Portfolio Leads for demand fulfillment and sourcing strategy within SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of relevant work experience.
Location requirement: Bangalore.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong data analysis skills.
