Architect and lead design and governance of Azure-based Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) solutions with multi-region strategies.
Define RTO/RPO targets, conduct risk assessments and Business Impact Analysis, and oversee DR drills including failover/failback tests to ensure readiness and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying resiliency gaps and collaborating across cloud, application, security, and leadership teams for DR/BCP readiness and governance.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in DR, BCP, or IT Resiliency architecture including planning and executing DR and BCP tests.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DR technologies (Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup) and disaster recovery strategies.
Experience with compliance, audit, and governance frameworks related to DR/BCP.
Location: Hyderabad or Remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level professional with demonstrated leadership in architecting and leading enterprise-scale Azure DR and BCP programs.
Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management and governance ownership including documentation and communication.
Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure recovery and strong familiarity with Azure cloud DR tools, preferably with relevant Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-104).
