Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Web Services APIs.
Implement and manage integration authentication, security configurations, and troubleshoot production integration issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
Support business-critical programs like Annual Compensation Review and biannual Workday releases, while contributing to strategic initiatives involving Workday Payroll and vendor integrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations.
Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Prism, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and related web service technologies.
Experience with integration middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft and working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
