Minimum Requirements
7+ years of specialty software engineering experience; 3+ years in management or leadership roles.
Expertise in Java and/or C++ in high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
Experience in Electronic Trading domain with knowledge of market structure, order lifecycle, and algorithmic trading systems.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; exact degree requirement not strict.
