Support fraud and claims operations by identifying risk mitigation opportunities and improving customer authentication processes to prevent fraud.
Handle moderately complex customer support tasks involving multiple claim types, making decisions using various systems, and performing research including contacting third parties.
Escalate issues as needed and collaborate within team and with internal/external customers for information sharing and resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of customer service support experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education).
Must attend full duration of required training period and be able to work additional hours as needed including weekends and multiple shifts based on business needs.
Role requires working onsite at the specified location.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fraud prevention or claims operations with capability to manage multiple claim types and make informed decisions using multiple systems.
Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment with strong emphasis on risk mitigation and escalation procedures.
Adaptable to shift work schedule demands including weekend and additional hours, and proactive in communication and collaboration within team and with stakeholders.
